Austin Trail of Lights: Reindeer Corrals ~ Thur 12/19/24 - 6:00pm-10:00pm

Thank you for inquiring about hosting a private party at the Austin Trail of Lights! We can't wait to see you in Zilker Park this December. Based on your selected party size, we recommend our Reindeer Corrals for your celebration. Reindeer Corrals are open-air, designated areas with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. All packages come with early entry to the Trail and ZIP Lounge access for complimentary cookies, cocoa and executive washrooms.

Each Reindeer Corral consists of 20 admission passes. If you'd like to have up to 40 guests, please choose (Quantity 2) in the appropriate drop down box to the right. Your 2 corrals will be combined for up to 40 guests. Children 5 and under are free.

Add-on items are also available to meet various party experiences as you desire!

REINDEER CORRAL: $1500 per package

• 20 early admission tickets for entry beginning at 6:00pm
• Reserved corral space in Zilker Square, along with ZIP Lounge access
• Dedicated entry into the Trail of Lights via the Holiday Party Entrance

UPGRADES:

Premium parking can be purchased to the right. Additional add-ons of drink tickets, carousel and Ferris Wheel rides and s'mores kits can be purchased during checkout.

NOTES:

• If purchased, Premium Reserved Parking passes will be sent via email, along with specific driving instructions
• Your concierge onsite will provide any pre-purchased drink tickets, ride tickets or s'mores packages upon arrival. More can be purchased onsite.
• Catering is not available for Reindeer Corrals. The Trail boasts dozens of food trucks with a variety of options for purchase onsite.
• Two corrals can be combined to accommodate 40 guests
• Children 5 and under do not require a ticket to enter the corral
• No outside food or drink is allowed in Zilker Park. Items purchased inside the park are allowed in the Reindeer Corrals.
• Sales Tax and fees will be added at checkout

Alcoholic beverage service and sales are conducted by our affiliated third-party concessionaire who is a TABC retail permit holder. The concessionaire will inure to the alcoholic beverage sales revenue, and will pay the requisite alcohol sales taxes, and conduct bar operations in compliance with applicable state laws. 

Terms and Conditions:

No pets allowed. This event is Rain or Shine barring city park closures. This ticket grants a revocable license to the bearer and bearer may be removed at any time for any reason. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure of the ticket and cancellation without compensation. The holder assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the attraction. All sales final, no refunds or exchanges.
